Greta's guest today Michiel Scheffer is president of the European Innovation Council, holds a PhD in geography and has studied regional innovation systems, especially in the field of textiles and clothing. He was elected to the regional parliament 10 years ago and served as regional minister. So, he is an all-rounder with an academic, economic, and political background.
